I hope you keep postings videos like these. I never understood the logic behind the positions of the head (I am an adult starting ballet from scratch) until you mentioned that it was meant to make one look effortless. Thank you!

Thank you. This is very helpful. Perhaps in the description box you can write the terms used in the video. With the French names it is sometimes hard to google things like Allongé. I can't find the word that begins with a T when you sort of lunge to the side in the video. Not tombe. Something like Tonlei Help ! :)
