@@SPHYNX99752 In my county, we have whats called alternative response. We try to stay out of court and get parents back on their feet. It is a newer type of casework. Most children are safety planned to relatives or family friends while problems are being solved. We typically dont go to court unless necessary. You are correct, we are overworked, underpaid, and undermanned but that doesnt excuse the fact of child safety being necessary. I have known terrible caseworkers and have always spoken out against those types. Our biggest issue these days are drugs and im not talking marijuana. I just got a recent case where the child got into moms fentanyl stash. She tried to hide it and clean up before calling the police and paramedics. The child flatlined but was fortunately brought back. He is doing great now and his grandfather is taking full custody. Unfortunately we dont always have these happy endings. I'm a retired LEO and Dispatcher. I can tell you with about 95% certainty that the radio request to have the gentleman flagged as "hostile to law enforcement" would have been made regardless of the use of profanity. This puts his name and likely any associated vehicles and address into his state criminal database. When he files his complaint, he needs to have definitive proof that his name was never entered or gets removed. These computer transactions are monitored, usually by a state agency. There will be paperwork, and this type of entry usually requires the signature of a ranking officer. In small towns, this will usually be the Chief or Sherrif. He does not want to have his name in that database. It, alone, will give a prick-cop enough reason to jerk him around. Best of luck.

Plus this is one of countless channels meaning once again this happens so frequently its made a literal career sector for exposing them. When Washington Post runs a story saying they have given up several billions in lawsuits over the past few years after normalizing body cams.... remind you thats just ones that we know of because most are settled privately for a reason. The average lawsuit settlement is $18,000-$24,000 so it means 100's of thousands of citizens yearly have proven some form of misconduct from the "vast majority" as you put it. Its a reason we dont see "superior or partner cop checks officer" its normalized to treat us this way. Otherwise why would we need to know our rights to be safe from them?

As seen in this video, they're even willing to traumatize children & break up happy, innocent homes to "get their guy!" Easiest thing is to avoid encounters & conversations & force them to get oversight through judges warrants. If it's that serious they'll get a warrant signed by a judge.

The key is don’t even answer the door. You are not obligated to do so. They will pit the foot in the door, and use assault as an excuse to come in when you shit the door on the foot. I’m a reserve deputy in the county I reside in, and was LAPD reserves for 25 yrs. Have full legit retired status as a LEO from the LAPD (the ultimate concealed permit), and I’m a sworn federal officer who is qualified and permitted to carry a firearm aboard commercial airliners in which I’m a member of the flight crew. But I’m also a good old boy farmer with 7 farm kids, who allegedly operate vehicles and equipment on the roadway. I’ll admit, as a country kid, I did that growing up, and I also screwed around and did burn outs etc… well, 2 deputies decided to investigate my kids for doing the same. Stated their are black marks on the road, and said an anonymous witness called in. 8pm knock on the door. Keep in mind, parts of our farm are open to the public, and open to government inspection at any time. They could have approached us during business hours and we couldn’t do anything about it. The interaction did not go well. Two deputies who were bored and looking to bully someone. It’s all it was. When they rang the bell and I saw their faces on the monitor, my spider senses kicked in, normally I would have invited them in thinking they wanted to talk about me working a special event or something for them. These guys were hunting. So I spoke to them through the intercom. They became pissed, but they tucked tail and left eventually.

@@HR-zz7xc I don't think you get the point of my post. I want to know the nature of this video and what information the police are going on. I don't think the police completely made something up, but they could have. Bearing that in mind, they got a call from somebody from somewhere. I believe the school is involved and did call them. I just envisioned a scenario where that happened. The school and trans agenda would definitely get CPS involved because THEY believe that "misgendering" your child IS child abuse. It has been proven that schools are secretly; at least as far as we know for now, socially transitioning kids in schools without their parents' knowledge or permission. There have already been a few court cases where parents sued the schools for this. So it is plausible that in this scenario they would lie to the parent they are plotting against and tell them that they know nothing. I know this sounds like a crazy conspiracy theory, but the thing is, this is happening and these are things that the trans activists and the President's "admiral" of children's health (who is a man who thinks he's a woman) have actually stated.

I, being well fed and clothed, with snacks, toys, and video games, made it clear to that horrid CPS lady i had a wonderful life, but she took me out of class to interrogate me again and again. When cops lie to label ppl in their system then maybe we need to investigate this extensively. They just earned a label themselves alright.

If they had a legitimate reason they would have said so. I would have asked them for details. Tell me exactly what you are investigating and why you want to talk to me or my son. Since the school is involved let's meet at the school tomorrow to discuss this. What happened and when? Why have I heard nothing from the school about this?

We don’t have to imagine it. They trample all over the rights of people who don’t know them. And their feelings get so hurt they get on the radio with their dispatcher and claim a man was hostile. Imagine threatening to take someone’s kids away and then getting upset when they curse you out. All of this for a made up call to break into this mans house. Police are so freaking corrupt it makes me want to vomit. I wouldn’t lose one second of sleep if tomorrow they abolished all police departments around the country. In fact, I would probably sleep longer knowing the biggest threat to life and liberty has been destroyed.

Having someone labeled as hostile to Leo's can get this man killed by a trigger happy cops . It's time for this stuff to stop . We can't continue this way ,its not safe for us or them . I'm not disputing that we need police , but we need police without egos and agendas . I personally couldn't do their job because I hate working with the public and it takes a heck of a person to be able to do it right . But if they can't do it right they shouldn't do it at all !

Exactly. All it takes is a traffic stop and a scared cop. Once they hear over the radio "He's hostile to law enforcement" that's it. This guy needs to put multiple cameras on his vehicle.

He didn't just put the homeowner at risk. He put the child at risk. Police know what happens to kids kidnapped into the system. Yet this excuse for a human being had no problem threatening to destroy a child in order to get his way. That alone is terrifying.

It seems that police are given latitude to lie in order to get you to comply or extend yourself to the point of compromise. Once you have stepped over a line, you are going to jail. My only concern here is why they are coming to the door at nearly night fall. Nothing good happens with police after nightfall. There must be some kind of syndrome that makes them feel empowered. Come to our houses in daylight when everyone feels secure.

The motto "Serve and protect" is ambiguous, and doesn't necessarily mean in the service of the citizens. If anything it can mean serving and protecting special interests, the law and not so much the people.

As a person who opened their front door to a knock that ended up being SWAT, I now check EVERY. TIME. That being said, my toddler was only a couple feet away watching me have a gun pointed in my face. They were there to arrest someone who hadn't lived at that address for years. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I'm guessing it's because I don't live in a $h!t hole metropolis where home invasions are a daily occurrence but why do private citizens feel it necessary to have A/V surveillance INSIDE of their homes... I get the idea of outside cameras but spying on your own family 24/7.... Is it more crime related or baby-monitor taken too far?
