The local media will usually protect the cops in situations like this, unfortunately. The best bet for the guy in the video is to move away, and his second best bet is to covertly retaliate while leaving his cell phone at home. Actions have consequences, and sometimes it's necessary to think outside of the box. Some tyrants are incapable of knocking off their "god complex" until they are afraid to go to bed at night.
