The case would probably have to be pieced together already as far as evidence, etc. in a completed form representing the entire prosecutorial argument for the prosecution. A law firm or organization specializing in going after corruption in government would have to be involved. It wouldn't be easy for a regular Joe or even an auditor to know exactly how the process should happen.

Had this same thing happen to me with an Off Duty cop in Gaston County NC. After the encounter the next day this cop showed up out of jurisdiction with multiple citations. I couldn't get a local attorney to take the case even though I was 100% in the right. The entire thing came down to not giving up and finding a super star defense attorney 2 county's away. It cost me over 5K and nearly 2 years in delays from the prosecution once they learned I wasn't playing. In the end the judge chewed the cop in court and suspended him and sent him back through training. For me all charges were dropped, the court apologized and the cop ended up coming out of the court room in tears begging for forgiveness as he knew I could have sued him personally, as well as the county for defending him. If Jimmy is serious and uses all resources available to locate the right defense attorney he will own this PD and those tyrants will be kicking rocks.

If they ever want a shot at getting my respect, the cops need to be doing everything within their power to have The Town of Castle Rock vs. Gonzales overturned. With no duty or obligation to protect, police are just armed revenue generators for the state. It's pathetic that their oath still contains the words 'To serve and protect' even though it's been clearly established by the aforementioned garbage Supreme Court ruling that the police don't have to protect you under any circumstances; so what's the purpose of swearing an oath you're under no legal obligation to uphold? Terry vs. Ohio and Pennsylvania vs. Mimms need to be overturned as well. Those would be a few small steps in the right direction without even addressing the elephant in the room that is qualified immunity.

We had a corrupt individual who worked for law enforcement. He was graping female inmates during transport to court hearings and doctor appointments. When evidence arose of his doing, he self deleted, leaving behind a wife and young child. More people who are in law enforcement need to emulate him.
