I suggest that all American come together to invoke amendment of police authority/SOP/Conduct/. I suggest All American gather all videos of Police Misconducts/illegal charges/illegal Arrests/violences/Deceptions/Illegal stops/illegal Acts and then bring them to the your Parliament or Government And ask for AMENDMENT of police authority. As in a company every employee must be evaluated by employee, therefore police department must be evaluated by the people. There must be some kind of standard to evaluate the service of police department. The police are hired by the government to serve the people. People are the customers. Therefore Customer satisfaction survey must be given to the public to measure /evaluate the police officer/cops, for the purpose to eliminate bad cops and to protect innocent people from bad cops. Let police illegal activities be made viral that every body from small and great know and protest about it. Let all the public be made known that there are bad cops or bad people in police uniforms so that they protect themselves in advance from those bad cops. In the past people felt safe when there was a cop, but now people must feel insecure by the presence of cops. People must prepare camera when dealing with cops because they can lie. The way I see that bad cops acted as tyrants who oppress the innocent for their pleasure and benefits.

They all pay no attention to traffic anymore and just rely on the radar buzzing when someone is speeding to do the policing for them and spend all day on instagram looking at thirst traps. I see the same cop parked 40 feet up the road from a turn I make every day at the same time (I'm a mailman) where people constantly use the shoulder to turn right, even though it's checked off (meaning you can't do precisely that). I've even almost been hit by a few of them because I make that same right turn, but I wait for the light when there are people going straight in front me, because it's illegal to use the shoulder. Never once seen him pull over anyone for it, even the people that almost plow into me when they come hauling ass up the shoulder as I go to make the turn.

Giving the cop a C- is absurd. This is an E or an F. This might be borderline acceptable in the USA, but I have never met cops anywhere near this level of pettiness where I live and the tickets are 100% retaliatory which is pure corruption and unacceptable.

I disagree with the officer's grade here. There's an obvious lack of professionalism and the tickets were excessive, if lawful. The officer's refusal to call for a supervisor is evidence enough that the officer was operating in bad faith.

"Can I go?" "Yes" - then imediately stops him again for 'driving around barricade' - The officer lied then refused to call the supervisor! And the victim, although very mad, should've waited for the supervisor imo. But the evidence is solid to dispute at least two of the charges.

Nah. One of the insurance cards was valid; He did NOT squeal his tires when he left, UNLIKE the cop; and he did not drive around a barricade. He stopped to get permission to go, and the cop didn't seem to be aware the motorist was even there, in which case I'd have proceeded also. The driver knew exactly what he was doing, and the cop was a clueless dolt.

If you're detoured around the block, once you follow the detour route, you are supposed to enter. The construction/utility crew should have had a ROAD CLOSED TO THRU TRAFFIC sign and barricade, and allow residents to go to their home. No officer needed for intimidation enforcement.

@FragmentJack

I think a C- is fair enough. The D and a F grades should be reserved for the worst of the worst such as the officers who lie, attack, arrest, and/or wound citizens over minor infractions. The officer sure as hell made up the fishtailing and he eventually did allow him to leave. EDIT: I should clarify that I’m aware that the officer lied. He not only lied but retaliated too. I think a D or F would’ve been fair if he arrested him and/or hurt him in the process. But the tickets are a d-bag move. So maybe a D+ is a better grade then.

I notice it becomes increasingly common place once you start getting near Richmond Virginia area you see more and more aimless police sitting in places like this bored looking to stir shit up and by the time you get to Florida that’s basically the entire police force.
