Taco bell is not a public area so if they don't want people yelling cure words in there establishment and they tell you and you keep on going then they have the right to call the police on you and when somebody calls the police on somebody else the police are required to respond but for things like this unless it is very commonly for you to do stuff like this and that is why they need your info so they can record it but if it is a 1 or 2 time thing they will just tell you not to do it so there was no issue with this vid

It would be either the state or the Taco Bell that creates the case, not the officer. And there are many places with laws that prevent you from cussing in public. Free speech doesn’t apply here. There are many things that are illegal to say, like any sort of threat. There were many eye witness accounts against the man that would be enough to get him fined. And knowing modern times it is very likely that someone filmed the guy freaking out on their phone.

Which is not true. a truck is a semi truck, an suv is not a truck its an suv, a pickup is not a truck its a pickup truck, and so on and so on. Or the guy could have just dropped his trailer and bobbed tailed over to the parking lot or a neighboring lot and have the same thing happen. and honestly i wouldn't even try to drive a semi through a drive thru. I'm sure he's not driving a F150 and parked it a 1/2 mile away (for the exercise, as Donut joked). Be a rare Taco Bell that can fit an 18 Wheeler in their parking lot, let alone drive thru. Even their own supply chain uses smaller trucks.

This may have already been said but the “TA” he speaks of is a nationwide chain of truck stops. The truck he speaks of is a tractor trailer. They don’t fit in the drive thru at Taco Bell.
