And they can’t even be bothered to actually investigate anything and look at the sticker which would have ended this entire thing. It just further proves cops don’t care about what’s actually right or wrong, they make the laws up in their heads and enforce them that way. He’s claiming there’s some code/statute against using this outlet which couldn’t be more of a lie. They just want to throw us in jail for their quotas.

I think its because in capitalist america even cops are with capitalist mind. They 100% have some sort of a bonus system threaded into their salary, where they receive a % cut of all fines and confiscations they processed, so they are encouraged to harass people to boost their own salary. Also a bonus if they catch someone with a warrant, hence why they ask for ID in any possible situation

I don’t understand how it’s even possible for prosecutors to press charges against people when the officers literally make up laws that don’t exist. There was an incident in Philly recently where an entire family was charged for violating a loitering law that doesn’t exist. Their defense attorney literally pointed out to the judge that the law cited by the prosecution didn’t actually exist anywhere in the code, but the judge refused to dismiss the charges.

They don't care about the law or your rights, they care about MONEY. It's policing for profit. The more people in the system the more tax money they use to fund the system. They NEED lots and lots of people clogging up the system or the system will get a smaller budget, not a bigger budget. It's a lop sided system where EVERYONE benefit's from prosecution ECEPT the defendant. Also the Defendant is the only person in the court room not being paid by the government. But its "fair".
