That trailer is for splicing together fiber optic cables. They start the cable through the square hole in the front, splice two cables together on the bench, then they more the trailer forward to the next end of cable. The truck that pulls the trailer has a big spool of cable sitting in the back of it.

Those Rubber insulated gloves are for lineman. Like the guys whom mess with high voltage or on the power lines. They put those on then they put leather gloves on top of them. The reason the belt is hanging is because the buckle can be considered a conductor. Not sure as far as the truck, but I used to change out electric metets.

"shore power" = they'll run a power cable to power and operate the equipment from a local power source rather than run on the generator. TV live trucks and production trucks do the same thing (I ran one for years)

could turn that AT&T rig into one hell of a mobile mechanic shop. Room for a tire machine and balancer, lotta test equipment, bearing press, brake lathe, etc. All with onboard power. A guy like Weird Beard could turn that into a moneymaker with what he knows.

Randy, I have the E 350 with the Triton V-10. When you started it, it was like starting my van. Mine has over 215000 miles on it. That truck would be an easy convert to a camper. Already has the generator so, wouldn't need much. That panel was to start the generator. I'd buy that in a heartbeat if I had the cash.

Randy, the ignition switch and key barrel is a cheap and easy fix. I had a similar problem with my Concorde where the key just fell out. The switch is mounted under the column behind the key barrel. The barrel easily pops out by a locking keyway. Other symptoms of a failing ignition switch is the transmission will suddenly go into limp mode or accessories like cooling fans, radio, or blower will stay running.

Stinger still sold for a good savings over a new one. Might have been that the it was left running at a convenience store for a quick purchase. In some states (Arizona, I believe) a vehicle is reported stolen and recovered even just an hour later, it is now a theft recovery title.

Randy: The Audi Q3 is the most recent vehicle that I rented defined by the fact that it pisses through gasoline like a winded race horse; further inflaming my frustration, I could not get any straight answers about why this is. About the most exertion I demanded of the Q3 is that it cruise on the highway at 80 mph and accelerate to 90-105 mph to overtake an articulated commercial truck which it did . . . only to constantly end up low on fuel all the time.

I loved the power it had with the Ecoboost and all wheel drive, but the trunk didn't line up with the tail light and couldn't think of spending over $800,000 pesos for a car that would bug me each time I looked at it, so I passed. I look for them used on our version of Ebay, and none are for sale, so that tells you how many they actually sold in Mexico, which is to say almost none.

The Kia is 6 months old and has 26,000 miles on it. How does that happen? The wheels threw me on the Stinger. In Mexico if the Stinger has those wheels, it is a 6 cylinder twin turbo, so I am surprised it has a 4 cylinder. Randy, according to the Auto Check report, the car was issued a Theft Title at 22 miles on the 19th of June. That means whoever stole it put all those miles on it and did have the oil change done. Weirder things have happened, but not many. The car was recovered on the 3rd of September and a new title was issued.
