Another great video Randy. You never fail to make some great content. The F350 wasn't to bad but there could have been hidden damage maybe. That Avalanche was pretty sweet though would definitely try and get that one.
@leonb26372 жыл бұрын
I wonder if the DEF disconnection hurts the F-350's value as violation of Federal law and can't pass a pollution inspection in some states/metro areas. It may cost a lot to set back up.
@NoahClay62 жыл бұрын
@@leonb2637 Don't know but it could. It would be a bit pricey to set back up though I think. Today regulations are really tough on stuff like that.

Generally I have found that if a car is dirty and nasty in the interior, they usually haven’t been well maintained. The Avalanche would be worth fixing up and continue to drive.
@alphiesplace38992 жыл бұрын
I totally agree... If they can't take care of the interior, you know they probably didn't take care of the usual maintenance...

I'm not crazy about the Chevy Avalanche model in general but I tell you what - I like that one, Randy. Like you mentioned, some grippier tires, detailed and tuned up. I'd have no problem using her on some light trails to go camping or whatever. I'd be interested to hear what she goes for.

The 2nd gen Prius are tanks in regards to reliability. Get yourself a used hybrid battery out of the bone yard, keep it charged in case you have a cell fail on your main pack.

Last video you had a wet seat in the car. Perhaps consider putting a waterproof lightweight mat in your bag with your power booster. For the nasty ones, gloves or hand sanitizer is in order.

Yeah my 07 Prius has 190k and does use oil, if I drive it hard it uses a lot but if I drive it easy and use the cruise it uses about 1 quart per oil change. Just gonna keep driving it with these gas prices thanks to your president. Good parts getter I’ve driven all over Texas getting car parts I’ve hauled a transmission and even a 350 short block in it lol.

Catching up on your videos Randy and the Chevy is really nice and your right. You need different tires 🛞 on them rims. I know diesels can last for a lot longer than the miles on it now but you don’t know what can be lurking underneath in damage. If you go back and get it running, you should show it in another video, or whatever. It’s up to you. Good luck. 🍀👍
