You could have asked him to sort by product; that would have helped. You need to tell the AI what to sort based on your table; your question is very vague about sorting hence it provided with errors.

How much does this cost per user ?

Copilot in Power BI does not have a per user cost. You would need an F64 Fabric workspace purchased to be able to use this feature.
