Good idea. Wish I woul dhave known before I put my clamps together. Right now Im having to resort to muffler cement wedged in between to avoid leaking.

I'm new to v bands and was test fitting my downpipe on the engine stand, and could not get the ends to stay centered due to it being a female to female connection. Your gasket is gonna save me some major headaches!

Just a thought, if you were to do the same concept but using a copper gasket between the male and female section that slips over the male end, obviously itll be a thinner material but could potentially save cost

I tried useing those thinking they would be better than vbands and I really don't like them. You have the stupid little gaskets to put in them and they don't align very good and if you take them apart you need to put in a different gasket because they always break and fall apart.

Man, I’ve been talking with the tech support on Shopify about this very topic. They tell me it’s fine 🤷‍♂️. Like, “these are not the droids you’re looking for” can you send me a screenshot of what’s going on. @@MonkeyFabGarage Oh, wonderful Shopify. All the pictures and the rest are there, just no text so it's impossible to navigate. I've got cookies blocked so I added the site to the safe list and refreshed but it did no good so I don't think that's the issue but I'm not an IT guy. I'm using chrome on my windows computer, windows explorer didn't work either. As it turns out I don't think these are what I need, I didn't realize they needed to be welded on. I'm looking to replace u-bolt style clamps with something better and I'd like to check out your other products.
