Granulator would just be for spaghetti wire I guess right, which normally now you don’t accept from your customers? Also I think remember you had some kind of water sluice but of course you’ll need that too

Yes I only ran small wire through the granulator. I still buy it I just sell it off with out processing at the moment.

Funny how the first 16 minutes of this video I'm thinking to myself things like "damn.... Since when is he okay with that many needles???"....when the hell is he gonna adjust the copper king??...surely there would be less needles if he just squeezed on the back instead of a double cut....must be the wire he's running... Just gotta get through this spool and then Steve's hands will be safe." and then you end the video like that. You're not too lazy to adjust the damn thing, you're just too busy doing all the shit you've been trying to get to for months/years. You guys are great and I'm super happy you're finally getting around to all the projects you've been trying to dive into. Excited to all the new rigs and their mods in action. Cheers bros.

mate you know i love your channel - you need to build safety guards around all of your equipment - OHS - you have to do it - it is that simple - if steve trips on a dirty floor and gets an arm ripped off from the wire king - he won't be suing me

Again great job. I assume this is your main source of income. You are always making improvements and figuring your profit margin for the hours worked. The other thing i would think about is that as long as that machine is stripping you are liking money. When it’s resting you are not. Figure out how to feed it more hours in a day. Also the truck should be loaded both ways if possible. Again these are my favorite videos on KZbin.

"Doing neutral drops" 🤣 Hilarious. Looks really good. Great idea with the locking feature. The 55 ton press reconditioning looks like it will be going prime time with the heavy duty parts you have planned for it. Looking forward to seeing that in action. I believe you said you will eventually move the gantry to the ceiling, but I still noticed the narrow aspect ratio on that camera starting 42 seconds into this video. Camera recording/playback setting needs to be changed. Not a big deal. Just would look better for watching in wide aspect like the rest of you videos.
