Copper pipe bending - Plant room pt.1

Thanks for watching guys. In this episode we begin an exciting new project where we will be installing a new heating and hot water system in a basement. We get out the big boy pipe bender to bend 28mm copper to help increase flow rate and save on expensive fittings. Every thing is going to be soldered end feed and bent where possible. If we can do it.....so can you.

Nice work! curious, what do you spend per length of 28mm copper? they also come at 6m lengths?

Thank you. 6m lengths would be a challenge I'd like to try but no idea how I would get them to jobs. We pay £250 for 30M of 28mm.

You have got to swap to press it’s just so much quicker on these jobs - I think you had one but didn’t get on with it 🤷‍♂️ Go Geberit / Novopress we have 4 machines now all the lads love them 😂

We have two Rems press guns but we only use them when we have too. I think the whole time it's accessible and the fire risk is low soldering should always take priority. But yes press is definitely faster. Cheers.
