What happened to this man was terrible. But what if he had been doing something that was legitimately against the law, something that a reasonable person would think he should be arrested for? Abiyah, I am an 87 year old retired LEO with a pace maker. The state in which I live is populated with cops that have no sense of any kind. I am very careful when the need arises to go to the grocery and other places. Recently, a sheriff was arrested and is facing felony charge for taking a man into the country, beating him up and leaving him to die. Four cops in a small town were fired for an arrest that put a man in the hospital and now they are facing criminal chargers. Last year the sheriff of a county was arrested by the state police for drug trafficking. These are just a few of the crimes cops are committing against law abiding citizens and are just the tip of the ice berg.

@@johnsmif7229 I fought the system when necessary in order to deal with cops who refused to follow the law and decent behavior. It is an honor to be entrusted with the duties of an occupation that are supposed to help people. I avoided making an arrest when some other solution was possible. I never kept track of it, but I suspect that I gave more people a break instead of making an arrest or writing a citation. An arrest isn't always necessary to solve a problem. Of course, arrests must be made, but a LEO's proper attitude can solve a lot of problems. Thanks for your comment.

Putting aside the cops. Who would invite small children into their homes? Unless they are "youth inclined." For the non youth inclined the fear of an accusation would be enough not to invite them into the home. And on top of that it sounds like they had an ongoing animosity with the neighbor. Further questioning the judgement of the old man. The parents are suspect as well for unsupervised toddlers as well. All around questionable actions and judgement.

He did not have to leave his home, and then the cops tried pulling him out, only to then push him back in and beat him up. The severe abuse inflicted on this individual was totally ridiculous, and unnecessary. He also had his 2nd amendment rights to own a gun, violated. They then do an illegal search without the home owners consent or warrant. There was no investigation, just words from an angry neighbor, that these cops took as fact, and used against this elderly man. Disgusting all the way around. Clearly the rights violations by the cops can only be remedied by awarding the victim $100 million dollars.

He can't comply if you're holding his arms and tasing him so he convulses. This is intentional brutality. Tasing a guy with a heart condition is at least reckless manslaughter. Police are trained not to do this...

He would have had to DIE for manslaughter charges.... Where did you get this crap about "trained not to do this?" all over YT you can see this happening everywhere in the US.

@@b0bbyblueyes746For one, a taser is considered a less lethal device, meaning is usually doesn't cause death or serious injury, but sometimes it does. That makes it a purely defensive device, but whenever we see it used as a pain compliance / torture instrument that leans toward excessive force. I want to be clear here I do not support the cops here, but there is something else I see here that is common in these types of encounters: auditory exclusion. The cops are so high on adrenaline that they can not see or even hear what the other officers are doing. Their single fixation is on their orders and whether or not the man is following them, regardless of whether another officer is giving contradictory orders or taking actions to cause the subject to "violate" another officers orders. This shows the cops have little to no training or experience in stress management. This causes them act irrationally in the moment.

Don't ANY of the houses cops go to have door bells? What's with this insane pounding all the time? If you ever hear pounding like that, figure it's the cops and ignore them. Once that door opens, the foot comes inside and the trouble begins.

It’s called the cop knock. Cops don’t ring doorbells.

@@madtabby66 Yep, it's nice of them to let you know they're there before you screw up and open the door. Didn't anyone think to teach them it's easier to catch flies with honey, etc.?

Doobells have cameras. Ringing doorbells triggers cameras. That creates evidence they cant immediately destroy or hide. Hard to kill you and bury you behind the jail when the last contact a missing person has is confirmed to be the police. May open up more investigations and people finding out about those mass graves behind their jails. Its holocauts kinda tier of evil that our government is doing to us and ironically being fully controlled by unelected officials of the kind of people getting millions for being holocaust survivors. Our government did paperclip all those nazis and give them high positions in the government while hiding their true identity from citizens afterall. Then america became a zionist pawn and the police state immediately kicked off.

If he got tased at his age and has a heart condition he should be going to the ED for observation. Just a cursory check by EMS is not enough.
