Qualified Immunity will be used since an officer can say since there are no cases mirroring the crime he / she committed, then there is no constitutional violation and they're allowed to escape justice. While NO ONE is supposed to be above the law, police unions have made it nearly impossible for thin blue line thugs to be held accountable for crimes they commit.
