Always looking for someone to sue. 🙄 They've been in and out, so there was no reason to "know" they weren't coming back that time. Plus, they still didn't know the extent of her involvement and still looking for more evidence. And to be frank, there was only one person who probably could've prevented Heather's death, and that was Heather. Was she being threatened, coerced, forced? Most likely yes...but she had plenty of opportunities to go to the police herself, but decided to medicate with alcohol. The audacity to try and file suit when you're family member participated in covering up a murder and that in return got themself into deeper trouble is crazy. Was her story tragic too? Yes. Did she deserve to die? No. But no one has any right to blame anyone other than Kevin.
