An unnamed motorist was stopped by Baltimore County police, held at gunpoint, and manhandled by multiple officers before being arrested. Body cam footage reveals the motorist, who has requested anonymity, asking multiple times to speak with a supervisor and to know the crime he was being arrested for to no avail.
Police Accountability Report reviews the available footage and the details of the case, as well as what this man's ordeal can tell us about the police war against our civil rights.

The one thing I cannot fathom… Why do you not tell people of the legal ways to have these dirty cops face a jury and face criminal charges?? SNAFU Radio has a post which now can be only accessed by not just subscribing, but by becoming a member. They spell it out in some pretty clear terms! Don’t just settle for a judgment! Don’t settle for just a lawsuit! GO AFTER THESE GUYS AND MAKE THEM FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES!!! Further, if you can prove that the local system is complicit, then charging a few of the “higher ups” with Fraud on the Court is a very real option! Further, it’s one of the few Civil charges remaining that can mean JAIL TIME for the offending official, no matter what his position! LOOK IT UP!!!

@@dangeary2134 Thank you for sharing this information but what you might not realize is how reluctant lawyers can be to file suit against law enforcement. The gentleman in this video knows his rights were violated and knows he has a case against police but he cannot get an attorney to follow through for him. We are trying to help him find another attorney and if necessary file pro se but that can be very difficult to do without legal expertise from some one who has done this before. Thank you for sharing and I hope more people can use the legal system to hold police accountable and when needed face discipline AND criminal charges.

One time the police in the parking lot of a casino insisted I get out of my car, and they dragged me back and forth across the rough asphalt, while shouting out, "you're resisting arrest! stop resisting! @@therealnews The problem with your idea, is that to many of the "auditors" and "cop watchers", are absolute morons themselves. They all to often intentionally interfare, in order to create a gotcha scenario. There are literally scores of these channels here on KZbin, that clearly demonstrate these auditors(aka frauditors)intentionally pushing buttons. In this particular case, I am not suggesting that is what happened here. Especially since if any of the allegations were true, the department would have surely included video of the lead up to the encounter. But then again, this was a heavily edited video and we don't know who edited it or what was edited out. It does appear that the video was edited to show the cops in the worst light, while presenting the driver in the best possible light. If this guy is a cop watcher and was legitimately on site to record the police. Where is his unedited video of the encounter? When a video such as this is so heavily edited, it ends up raising more questions than it answers. Given the number of times we've have seen edited videos claiming police misconduct, that generated outrage. To only later after the full facts and unedited video appears, that compleatly destroyed the narrative being pushed about the incident. It is obvious that this channel is designed to push a specific narrative and agenda. I have no issues with this mission. However, if you wish to build and maintain any credibility. You need to present the full story and show the videos in there entirety, to avoid being seen as presenting misinformation. If this video was sent edited as it is, if I were the producer, I wouldn't have shown the video. At least not without a full disclaimer, about who and why it was so heavily edited. As it is only a partial view of the encounter and compleatly one-sided. There just isn't enough information, to adequately judge the actions of the police.

@lennychorn147
@lennychorn147 Жыл бұрын
@@OnlyCowardFascistSilenceSpeech That is the most ridiculous uneducated comment on history, I have read in awhile. If the founders tried to go to court to win independence. They would have been immediately imprisoned, tried for high treason, then drawn, hung, disemboweled, beheaded and finally quartered. Their heads would have been hung on the tower bridge, while the quartered bodies would have been sent back to the colonies. The same would happened, if the colonists lost the war. Especially throughout the 1800's, the courts were regularly used by citizens to get justice, against each other and often local governments or territorial/state governments. The problem with courts, when government is involved. The courts have no ability to enforce their rulings. As we have recently seen in States like NY, that are intentionally ignoring Supreme Court rulings, against their unconstitutional laws restricting firearm ownership and the Right to bare(carry)arms. The idea that you're going to use a firearm against law enforcement, to defend yourself against what you believe(and very well may be)an illegal action by police, is most likely to result in you going to the morgue while the cops go home. Right now all you're accomplishing, is giving fodder to the anti gunners out there, that they can point to and say, "see how unhinged these 2A supporters are".

Your agitational rhetoric contains the power to incite otherwise peaceful people into behavior that will create greater problems for them when contact with police occurs. Thank you for giving airtime to the gentleman who it seems was targeted for retaliation by these cops. Hopefully, their days of dealing so physically (and unnecessarily abusive) aggressively with the people who pay their salary will come to an end and soon! What you do contributes to that possibly happening in my grandchildrens lifetime as it's difficult to see it happening sooner... although it's desperately needed!

Wow. So great to see this! I am victim of police brutality and many more crimes by the police. I was beaten, false arrested and physically removed from my home and taken to prison and told I had to leave it permanently or he would make up charges and put me away along time.. I can't find a lawyer to take my case because the corruption in that area is so broad. It seeps into fire and ambulance departments and emergency rooms, and into courts. Pubkic officials, too.. It a big cabal of criminals. conspiracy. My case leaks into all kinds of abuse of power. It is the entire system. We have been subverted. The police are freemasons. They destroyed my life. I am still praying for a lawyer.

People ask for supervisor not because you're a Karen but because 9 out of 10 times the person you're dealing with can't do anything about the situation anyway. Now the second reason people ask for a supervisor is because they're usually fed up with the constant bombardment of horseshit and unfair treatment that gets doled out people work hard for their money why should we continue to take it up the keister because a bunch of snot-nosed jerks don't want to do their job?
