COPS THREATEN ARREST FOR FILMING

This was on Tuesday February 20th 2024 at approximately 13:09 , in Roxbury Massachusetts. This outaide the Melnea Cass Recreational center, that has community outreach programs, after school activities and even practice for school sports. All of that has stopped to house migrants, upto 400 about 100 families. This community now has 400 or more people including many children to fill the school system that is already failing.
Not only that but all the resources that are now being used to cater to the migrants. Take out food, laundry, brand new clothes, lyft and Uber vouchers and much more. All of that which was nowhere for the people that have loved here their whole life. I was doing a follow-up visit. After External Affairs Porter and The Resistance had been here multiple times and have had the police called on them. The police seemed to do the right thing by following policy and law when those 2 had visited prior. I did not have the same experience and or interaction with the police.

Anybody who audits is a hero in my books. Every auditor will get arrested. Practice these lines ahead of time outloud and be comfortable saying them: 1. Am I being detained? 2. I do not waive my 1st, 4th, and 5th amendment rights 3. I am not resisting. Say each multiple times at the appropriate time. Take care. Have a security plan. Let someone know your plans. Do not film on your primary phone. Phones and cameras are regularly seized and held for no reason other than to hassle the auditor. Any equipment seized by the popo may be infected with malware and tracking software. Back up your videos off site. We live and learn. Have a lawyer lined up. Watch lots of other experienced auditors.

This is what happens when allot of these cops wear a badge and yet still don't know the law. 😐 The police academy training is the problem. Question- After graduation from the academy, do cops try to learn anything about U.S. Constitutional and Civil Rights? After all, they did swear an oath to the same. THESE COPS ARE TRAINED IN CONSTITUTIONAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS LAWS? 🤣 HOW OFTEN DO COPS GET SUED, CHARGES GET DROPPED AND CASES GET DISMISSED? THIS IS WHAT ONLY SIX MONTHS OF ACADEMY TRAINING AND ZERO TRAINING ON THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND CIVIL RIGHTS WILL GET YOU. THE MAJORITY OF THE AMERICAN POLICE ARE THE NUMBER ONE VIOLATORS OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTIONAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS OF AMERICAN CITIZENS. THIS IS NOT A CASE OF BAD APPLES. THIS IS THE CULTURE OF AMERICAN POLICING IN AMERICA AND IT IS BUSINESS AS USUAL. I saw a lot of black women coming out from the immigrant center. Appears that they were eating food designated for the immigrants. Black sister cop needs to check her attitude!
