YOU CAN'T SWEAR IN PUBLIC | SUPER TROOPERS CAUGHT

This was Saturday October 7th, 2023 on Essex and Chestnut streets in Salem, Massachusetts. "Haunted Happenings" is a month long event that takes place in Salem all of October. There is major parking restrictions throughout the city to help the residents have parking for their homes. These 2 troopers caught my attention when they made an illegal left turn by activating their lights and sirens. I decided to go checkout what they were doing, after an hour of them standing around and talking to this woman.
I found them down the street walking with this woman, as they looked for illegal parking, writing tickets and towing cars. Lieutenant Vorias #2796, didn't like me recording them and confronted me multiple times. Little did I know they blocked in this woman's vehicle and gave her a State Police high visibility vest to enable her to park illegally. Remember preventing crime is only possible in rare situations where coincidental circumstances came together in favor of the law. Investigating crimes is actually very hard, has a low success rate, and low case closing rates hurt pr. These things also cost a lot and have no profit insentive that will return to the city, pd, etc. So it is easier for them to go around doing everything they can to rack up citations for minor bs. They get paid, they don't have to work hard, they don't have to add another cold case to the pile, and they can act like each ticket is another crime prevented/solved so they can make claims of successfully dealing with crime knowing few people will look far enough into it to see that it is bs. At least this citation generating sweep isn't them creating offenses to cite people for, on the fly.

It's ironic, at the 14:05 mark, the Lt. informed the driver he can't park where he is. He would've given him a ticket if you weren't following him, and he said they have to park at a meter spot or a parking garage.
