For story two here is a fun fact: You will not be able to run from a trained police dog that has the intent to catch you. Running always makes it worse I'm talking "chunks of flesh being torn off" worse.

The guy who responded to the call of the serviceman's wife being assaulted 100% sounds like a case of extreme domestic abuse and neglect. With the serviceman being passed out with vomit around his head.... I hate to break it to you but he was most likely the one who did the assault and by the sound of it, in front of his kids.

My grandpa would tell the most wild stories from when he worked downtown. Said it got a lot quieter when he moved to a station in a nice county far from the downtown, but that the stories of the city would never leave him. He actually taught himself lucid dreaming to avoid nightmares.

Also don't drive too slow as it makes it very likely you will be hit by drivers going faster than you going more than 10 miles below the speed limit is illegal in some places but cops do absolutely nothing about it even though they should.

As a navy veteran if the base is old enough you get all sorts of weird things. I'm a corpsman and worked on camp pendleton a marine base in the hospital at about 0200 to 0400 there was an elevator you didn't go near. If you had to use one you took the long way around we all knew there was something wrong, something would follow you and if you got into that elevator you ended up in the morgue. If you go in not believing in this stuff you leave at least never bringing it up because it's uncomfortable as all heck. But that's life on a military base, oh when I was going thru boot camp being female my bunk was next to one of the doors, now back in the 30's or 40's this guy got attacked by the his "group". He didn't make it this area became the girls area now but we were told that when rounds were being done and you had to let the person in and they were male if it was night do not let them go more than 5 to 6 ft from you. The female on duty would open the 1st door let them in, the male move 5ft in, female close door, walk side by side to the next door open, male move 5ft in now he is in the sleeping area, female comes in close door, walk side by side till they get to the end of the room female open door, male sign book leave, door shut, camera's were on. Now for what happened full view I saw this because like I said my bunk was right by the door. See this area was a girl's area because they said the ghost didn't attack female's, most people just went yeah sure OK, so she let guy on duty in the first door, he ran to the next door didn't want to be there, she was shutting the 1st one, he grabbed the 2nd. Opened the door she was 15ft away running up to him he got pushed not by her door slammed on his hand, he was on our side with the racks, she was on the other side trying to pull the door open he was screaming the 1st class came running in lights are on people pushing on the door and pulling finaly it released guy was put on hold broken hand and everyone got a lesson in what not to do. These things happen and people just don't talk about it.

I'm a Navy veteran. When I was stationed long ago at Va Beach, Almost every night I would hear someone walking across the elevated floor of the computer room. Then, the door would. just. open. No one was there. Things got worse. That place just reeked of the only way I can describe it is "green evil." I hated it so bad I would cry every time I had to be on duty. I was on duty one night and heard a noise. I looked around. Someone was peering in the door at me from the hallway through the little window. A man, an officer in a very dated uniform, from what could see by his cover and the little clothing I saw. I completely freaked out, because I was supposed to be the only personnel on that floor. I ran over and yanked the door open. There was no one there. When I mentioned it at shift change, I was told to never speak of it again. Of course, it's been many many years, so I dunno, maybe I'm safe.

That’s crazy! Was this the old hospital near lake O’Neil? I heard that when the hospital received burnt remains from the initial push but the vents didn’t work well so the smell was going around the hospital. People would say they would still smell it years later randomly.

The cab was about an inch thick from the front of the cab to the back of the cab. What was left of the driver was hamburger.

I kind of want to call BS on the dead body in the snow story. A fire has a strong smell and even in areas with heavy snow fall, that smell doesn't just vanish, especially when you have a body (you would have a very strong burnt pork smell plus the smell of the burning intestines and hence all the feces inside them too) and the vehicles on fire as well. also no one saw a full on vehicle fire? I mean so much on that one is sus I really have trouble believing it. Makes me wonder that (if true at all) how much experience that person actually had or how hard they really looked. Not saying that it couldn't have happened but yeah-it raises a lot of questions that credibility is seriously questioned. I mean they said they were INCHES from the remains so yeah-no way you'd miss that smell, even with heavy snow (speaking as someone who lives in a very heavy winter snow area where fires, accidents, heart attacks from shoveling, hypothermia usually in the form of death by drowning after falling through ice, etc are an annual occurrence).

1. Anyone who has smelled either a burned human corpse OR one in active decomp will not mistake the smell for anything else. An officer would definitely have prior experience with BOTH, as would more than a few regular civilians, like myself.2: snow would help preserve from accelerated decomp, but would nut fully stop it OR hide the smell, especially when said officer is mere inches (according to their claim) from the body. 3:Your attempt at trolling is both ludicrous and ignorantly misinformed of such things. Pro tip: Try to get your info from someplace other than Hollywood, the try again. ;) @@kchassuer566

None of this is really creepy but one of my buddies works in the transport division of the PD, mostly takes homeless people, drunks and drug addicts to jail sometimes has hospital duty but not often. One time he had to take this old lady to the jail (no idea why) that had bed sores so large you could stick your hands in them. One of his hospital duties was watching a dude that had a broken leg and he got to watch them insert a rod into the dudes leg and he described the doctor as "enthusiastically hammering the rod in".

Dude who went into the homeless man’s cave… that was scary to you? When I was a kid I played in abandoned hospitals. Everything he described was just normal shit that someone roughing it nature would have. Imagine wandering into some dude’s house and being like “woahh this is scary there are knives in his kitchen what is he planning”???? What makes it scary? Just because a homeless guy lives there ?
