We work extremely hard to serve you guys the highest quality story reading content. Each video takes a lot of effort when it comes to thinking of topics, ideation, editing, voice-acting, recording, etc. All the content in these videos are owned by us!
Our Work Process:
1. Come up with questions, research, script, come up with opinions/commentary, polish until ready for recording.
2. Record voice acting the stories/questions, sharing thoughts and opinions and performing it in a creative and transformative fashion for viewers to enjoy.
3. Record gameplay until there is enough interesting footage to use for the background
4. Throw the gameplay in the editing software and then begin typing up the captions, cutting/trimming the voice acting, adding SFX, color correction, removing/adding clips, etc.
5. Final review of the video, if video is not up to the quality desired for this channel. Either go back into the editing software, re-record some lines, change opinions/commentaries.

I’ve said this once and I’ll say it again, the vertical format is a significant quality drop for laptop users. Landscape works just fine for mobile too, so I don’t really see a point in limiting access to this great stories. I really like your videos, and it’s a shame to see them presented in a subpar format

On breathalysers (at least in Australia) the field breathalysers results are not admissible in court as they may not be 100% accurate though they are assumed to be fairly accurate. However the ones they have in their stations or in their vans are much more sophisticated and reliable and therefore are admissible evidence in court.

I get the shorts thing, but a landscape version could be made first, with the text in the middle like for the shorts, then make a second copy of the finished video with the sides trimmed off to make it portrait and that second copy could have clips made from it for shorts.

I like this story better than most in the video, because it doesn't involve stealing from *completely* innocent people. For example, the theft of the school computer lab pissed me off. All that is going to do is cost taxpayers and the school, coming at the expense of funds needed to TEACH CHILDREN. Frustrating.

The breathlisers they use at the side of the road can only be used as an indicator but are not considered accurate for a court. However police stations have much better and regularly calibrated machines at the police station. These machines can be used to prove that both you had a large amount of alcohol in your system and what that amount was. (Also if it's an alcohol wipe the effects will in the gate in 15 minutes and then he has to deal with the consequences of potentially consuming I unsafe alcohol instead of ethanol)

I was homeless for a while and for a while i wanted to go to prison for like a reset So just got myself arrested for shoplifting and i was yelling the whole time send me to jail i wanna be locked up. I was free within 3 hours, thats when i got an idea i just kept stealing from shops and when i would get caught would confess right away and wait in the back for the cops and then just say i wanna go to jail every chance i got. After like 3 months and getting arrested like 8 times i spend 9 days in prison.

Not on the grandest scale, but certainly the best one I carried out: A few years ago during my sophomore year of high school, I found out my ceramics teacher had an American Brilliant cut crystal dish from the 1800s just sitting in the misc. drawer for people to use as patterns on clay. That piece is worth at least $1000, and she said she found it in a yard sale for about $5 and it would be perfect for class. I knew the worth of this item and found a similar one at my local antique store for about $20. Remember, the piece I had just purchased was nowhere near worth as much as the one in my teacher's classroom because this one was molded glass from the 50s instead of cut crystal from over 150 years ago. As soon as class started I took the dish out of my backpack and rubbed clay dust all over it so it would appear to be the one used in class and switched it out with the special one, which I then took to wash off in the sink with a toothbrush. the one from class had several chips in it so I made sure to chip the new one in the same places, and when she asked me why I was putting it in my bag I told her that I had got it for my grandma's 70th birthday (which happened to be the same day as the heist) and she surprisingly believed me! I took it home and told my mom I had gotten it from my teacher at school because she was throwing it out, and so she didn't question it. Ended up gifting it to Grandma for her birthday and she still puts candies in it all the time. the joy in her face when I gave it to her was so warming, best thing I ever stole.

worked at a construction site, there was a door to the underground parking lot that required a keycard to tap to get in from outside, however on the inside there was a motion sensor to auto unlock the door for people to exit easily. What this guy did was put a pile of leaves, dust and dirt next to the door during work hours when the gates are unlocked, came in after hours, took an aerosol can under the door, sprayed the dust and leaves everywhere triggering the motion detector unlocking the door. guy stole about $500 or tools and equipment after cutting open a couple job boxes. They got his plates and face on camera though so I assume hes been caught by now. This happened about 4ish years ago

The breathalyzer done on scene isn't admissible in court, but he breathalyser done at the station is admissable in court, if it's done right. The alcohol swab would make it inadmissible, because any alcohol consumption after the driving has stopped makes a breathalyzer inadmissible. But then the consumption of alcohol can be used as evidence, it's just weaker evidence, and often for a lesser charge. And there is a margin of error that can be argued. So most places it's a bal of 0.08 to be over the limit. If you go to the station and you blow right at 0.08, you can argue the margin of error. I think it's something like 0.02. so you can theoretically have a bal of 0.099, then get it official dropped to 0.079 because of the margin of error, and then the breathalyzer technically proves that you weren't above the legal limit, and you can use that in court to defend yourself. That said, there are two drunk driving charges in many jurisdictions. One is just driving under the influence. The other is driving over the legal limit. So if you eat an alcohol swab, they can't use the breathalyzer to prove you were over the limit, but they can use that act as evidence that you were under the influence and go after you for the lesser charge.

Learned how to factory reset our school-provided laptops, there was something the tech team had overlooked. The regular laptops had software that would be able to monitor where the computer was at all times, and allegedly be able to monitor keystrokes. As someone who didn't like that, for privacy sake, I kept spamming the shutdown button until the recovery menu popped up on start-up automatically. It was inaccessible otherwise. Told a few friends. Word spread, and there were about 50 laptops, valued $1200 each, stolen that year. I did end up getting my karma on something unrelated, but they never found out who did it.

That's not an issue I really have to worry about, but it is an issue for lots of people with bad cell providers. I'm not sure why anyone's complaining about the change. A few years ago "a person" i know spent his winter stealing new snowmobiles 3 of them to be exact. The next winter he waited for the storm if the year the big one the one that pretty much shuts the world down around us. He spent the morning stashing 2 of the stolen sleds along trails leading out of town then went to a local bank where just the manger was able to make it in due to the sbow and took the bank for over $70,000. Took off switching up sleads every few miles and has yet to be caught.

Yup. I had a family member end up in prison and when he got out he told me all about the smart guys he met in there who taught him all sorts of tricks. I told them they probably shouldn't be taking advice from all the "smart" people who got caught. He went dead silent after that.

A current one that is awful and ingenious. People are claiming to be a part of a major company, like Amazon or Google, etc, and then either never deliver the service or deliver a super subpar version of it. Amazon in particular is starting to fight against the pretenders in court.

50:18 You have that backwards. Breathalyzers are always admissible. Field sobriety tests may admissible in some jurisdictions, but they're generally just used as grounds for establishing reasonable cause to perform a breathalyzer or blood test, and that's what will actually be used as evidence.

The m~f~a placed multiple packages at local schools. They didn't call it in, they just left these packages in the school buildings. Someone noticed one, and when it was investigated, it was found to be filled with... Let's say things that go boom. Obviously, the cops were called and the place was searched. They found four total packages; three at my school and one at another. While the cops were tied up, several banks got hit. Nobody was caught for the packages, but the cops took down the group soon after. Look up the Danbury Trashers: it was their backer.

I'm afraid for the future of this channel. First another narrator which is much more flat and lifeless, comparable to an AI voice, and now the vertical format of the videos. It's just changing something to make it less accessible to more than half of the audience. I think I know why this is done, though. KZbin shorts. They can use the format of putting the start of a story into KZbin shorts, and doing the whole "Full story on my channel!" thing just so they can reach another audience. They're throwing away a large part of their audience for the possibility of a smaller one. There's nothing wrong with landscape on any device, but vertical makes it impossible for laptop users to watch. I'm afraid they're gonna lose more and more of their audience because of this. Just when we were starting to settle and get used to the new narrator, we get another drastic change. I worry for the UnderSparked channel a lot. Please, listen to public criticism. It's shown that lately views have dropped significantly. Just check their channel, it's getting less and less views.
