@ 3:57 the SGT. is referring to Brenton Devore, who is the spiky gray haired cop. I've had 3 encounters with this guy and all of them are on film. He is a total prick and major trouble. I will be posting the videos soon but be careful with this guy, he's one of those cops from the 80's & 90's who likes to do whatever he wants and doesn't like to be challenged. thanks man. I'm working on compiling a list. I already have all sworn SDPD officers names and badge numbers which I got through public records request. I have also synced our list of victims shot and killed by SDPD to the list. and am working on adding pictures of the officers. its alot of work and a pain in the ass. but yeah we definitely need to hook up and work together. it's awesome your holding it down in North Park. hit me up sometime [e-mail] or our organization email [e-mail]. Its legal for a female officer or in this case I think that's a probation officer either a female can search a male but a male can't search a female!

Sexist much? The arresting officer conducts the search incident to arrest in the event they have something illegal on them. This prevents other officers having to write an additional report when the arresting officer can just throw it in theirs.
