Couldn't be there for the live so I only watched this today, but thanks a lot Jemma :) I do have a really disruptive kid with lots of issues this year who's dragging half the class with him and he's making my life really hard. Plus, the average level in my town is really low so I sometimes have to use their L1 to get the message across :( They're 6 years old so it's a difficult age as well, they're getting accustomed to many things that have changed in their life right now. I hav zero time to follow courses as I am self-employed and I have my own mini school, but I always look up to you and try to follow your advice as much as I can. Thanks! Ilaria

Thank you for your discipline tips! Unfortunately, I have tried all the points and tricks discussed, but they doesn’t work with my classes anyway. I can’t find the reason why… the kids are highly obedient and quiet with their home teachers, but when I come into class, they go mad. I can’t say that I’m a softie, or I have boring classes, but this problem really demotivates me. Each day is a day of a sore throat and burnt nerves😢
