Is there a way to get the document tray to close without pushing it against the gears? It comes out automatically, why doesn’t it return automatically? My daughter just got this for school, sucks to see so many saying it’s not good :(

I own this printer. It will say your full ink cartidges are empty and spam you with links to buy more from their website. Spamware scam company. Printed 5 sheets since last ink cartridge change and already will not let me print.

Worst printer ever! Good luck if you need something printed quickly and connect via BT. It takes forever to connect and usually runs through some type of protocol that takes at least 3 minutes.

you dont know how to use it it works great you have some pretty bad wi fi thats if its slow in your area you need high speed what your asking mine shows up in under 02 mins to read and scan is 1 min
