I bought it tried it. IT DOESNT DO THAT!! It does exactly like her first pass and that’s it. It doesn’t straighten or styles the way she shows it. You just look like you got out of the dryer…all fuzzy and fluffy 🙄 these reviews are not true.

Guys I tried charging it with regular phone charger it didn't work, it has to be their charger and I think you don't need to cover that opening, cause it won't work.

Oh no!!! I think that time I charged for around an hour. After that I’ve left it to charge for a few hours. But no issues so far! You should email them!
