I grew up in Chicago- I recognized that squad car immediately. Late 60's to 70's 1 blue bubble- mid 70's went to a twin bubble light bar late 70's went to a different paint scheme- shown in the movie "The Blues Brothers".

I’m so glad to hear you talk briefly about the medicine in Peru. Ayahuasca is something indescribable & completely experiential. I’ve seen so many people that suffer mental health issues like anxiety, depression, ptsd etc gain a quantum leap in quality of life from one nights ceremony.

The plane used by the Soviets for parachuting guys was the TB-3 heavy bomber. They got inside the fuselage for take off and then crawled on the wings to slide down. The no canopy snow jump was tried once and resulted in a number or broken legs and twisted ankles, despite the snow, that it was deemed too wasteful to do it on a real operation.
