I'm intrigued as to why the 1% and especially 0.1% lows were so much better on the KS... Did you use the actual same system and swap the CPUs, or did you use two systems with the exact same spec?... Realistically I cannot see how a couple of hundred MHz can increase the 1% and 0.1% so much on its own, and I wonder if you have other variables in your test setup... Even if you use two systems with the exact same spec, you will have variance in the other hardware that will affect results, and there can easily be software variation : for such a difference in the lows, I'd suspect a driver difference, a Windows update difference, or an extra piece of software running in the background on the non-KS system (which I assume you've had for longer so might have more superfluous software on it, compared to a fresh install system to test the KS on?)
