Somehow I encountered the chipped blade shrine when exploring in Azeos's Wilderness just to see what I could find without even knowing it was anything of importance.

I read on the wiki the structure holding the chipped blade can be found around 550 from the Core. I've been looking around but haven't had any luck so far. Did you need to excavate the structure or was it clearly visible?

It was already cleared. The chipped blade has no radial distance.

Isnt the Prehistoric Crystal Spear better than rune song? If yes, is it worth it to look for it if you have already obtained the spear?

Sword is nice to have for vampire effect if you build your setup around that.

Your guide and the online wiki say that the maze can appear in the Azeos Wild too -- is there a specific reason? Like with the new update, if you create a new world then will it automatically appear in there or is it just a possibility with the new update?

Actually it's only the medium maze that has a chance to appear. Seems like something in the code that just spawns the medium maze into azeos if it doesn't appear in the stone area. Now this was before the update. I would just make a new map and search the stone only since it's faster.

Is this sword better then the lava battleaxe? does waaaay less melee damage.

This video was made before the desert of beginnings update. The pickaxe actually better if you max out the 5 set bonus. The lava battle axe might be good too. But I do know the epic prehistoric spear is better.

The only reason to still use the legendary sword is if you had the old amber larva still or have large health (bigger than boss or really high like 22k) this sword has vampire ability and chance to kill mobs with lower health. Which could be one shotted possibly.

How much easier does this sword make the sky Titan boss battle rather than using a scarlet sword

easier if u have high health. but with the new legendary bow and legendary pickaxe gear set. it does way more damage.

also use poison build and you won't even have to bother with breaking the mines.

If I were you I'd go for the Galaxite Sword rather than the Runesong because its probably easier to get.
