I just want to say thank you for making these videos available. I had lumbar fusion 3 years ago at the age of 59 and was in a brace for a year. I've struggled to find exercises that are gentle and still focusing on strengthening core muscles. Most of the exercises were way to much for my back and surrounding muscles. I can tweak my back by just getting out of a chair. I'm trying to follow some of your tips and I so appreciate you. Thank you, again!

Hi, William. Thank you for your videos, they really helped me. I have protrusions in my lumbar spine and herniations in neck and thoracic spine so many of exercises that you demonstrate worked for me in relieving pain and strengthening core muscles. I understand that disc issues in low back are far more common than in upper parts, so I'd like to know if you ever gonna make some videos for cervical and thoracic spine too, like list of exercise, do's/don'ts and others?

Thanks for checking it out! I don’t do necks. Try to stay focused on what I know but I can speak to thoracic spine but it’s not much different. I’ll see what I can create down the road.
