Any recommendations on substituting medball slams with another exercise? The place where I work out is quite small, also there are no medball there. Loving the channel!! Greetings from Denmark.

Do cable rotations if ur just trying to get a strong core. If u want to get more powerful and have a stronger core, try to do plyometrics but with a weight vest. Forces u to tighten you’re core and gain power and strength

Yes those are very good for core strength and stability. The front rack in front squats help mobilize lineman since they tend to have less mobile shoulders and wrists

I love the videos but why would you post that kid doing the bench press . His form is horrible and that’s not a lot of weight. Form first … again fan of the show but yikes

I think he just won the rookie of the year in his conference for Penn State 👀. Also, being a highschool kid lifting 315 for explosive reps... Idk what do you want them to do 😂. The form is ok, not the best looking, but ok.
