Check out my core workout routine. Designed to help improve your performance on Inlineskates and make your core and back stronger! No more back pain!
You can start doing this workout with a break in the middle. Once you get stronger mix it into your regular session 2-3 time per week.

Warning: Don't listen to this with headphones! The exercises are solid, but the audio is very quiet in the beginning, then the timer starts and it's about 100 times louder than the rest of the audio.

Good video really helped me out, in the beginning i could not do the full program. But after a month i have cut the timer and just focused on more reps. And my back pain is now gone. Keep up the good work. Doing the training every second day, feels good.

@@FelixRijhnen1 So, I did two sets of these exercises. It was hard for me, because I did that for the first time. I hope, Im gonna do this at least two times a week.
