I am new to your workouts. I have degenerative disc disease and your workouts help me get going in the morning without pain medications. Thank you so much!

Perfect excercises. All your excercises-sessions are excellent. They help me making me stronger. For people with Systemic Sclerose/Scleroderma, it's so important to excercise every day. Thank you so much dear Alyssa you are a great therapist. I wish you a wonderful day. 🍀Lily

Just did this one after doing one of your cardio videos. Sometimes I drop the weight if my tennis elbow is flaring. I love your workouts!

I just did this after a cardio workout. I did all the exercises except the side bends because of osteoporosis. Good workout, likely good for shoulders and arms too!

Hi Alyssa. For the punch across can the torso twist to the side as I do this exercise?
@arthritisadventure4 жыл бұрын
Yes! It can. Just focus on staying in control through the whole movement.

@@arthritisadventure I just read my doctor's handout on osteoperosis, and it specifically says that any twisting on the spine repeatedly in exercise is not good at all. What's your feeling about that, Dr. Alyssa? I don't see this particular core twisting(above in your video) as bad as what I've seen in group aerobics exercises, which are terrible for twisting the spine repeatedly. I think I could do yours safely, but in general, is that something you could include in some of your educational modules? Thanks!😊
