Recovering from fractured elbow (no surgery). This is fantastic as I have clearance after cast removal to move move, move, but, without weight or resistance. Still can't straighten and am working toward full extension and mobility but have to take it slow. Thank you

loving this routine for post partum! its helping my posture with being highly aware of my core. doesnt take much and i love that!

I'm loving this homework assignment! My pilates instructor is on holidays for two weeks and I have been doing your arm and mat routines daily - can't wait to see her surprise! Your videos are amazing -easy to follow and very encouraging. Thank you!!

Thank you- I just found your videos! Can I use dumbbells instead of the balls?

Oops sorry to have missed this Lena! You could use small weighted dumbbells but not much weight is needed at all for this to be an effective workout. You can use without any weights (just creating your own engaged resistance) or even use cans from your kitchen! :P Let us know how it goes!
