Its only been since Monday 2/27/2023 this week I started adding this to my daily stretching routine and I am in shock at how much my tennis elbow has improved. I have literally done everything! PT, multiple Docs, sport medicine, PRP injection, hours and hours of YT PT videos, MRI's, EVERYTHING. I spent 10k last year and went to 4 different Drs. that all told me I have RA!!! (Rheumatoid Arthritis) I knew I didn't, I knew it was tennis elbow!! Thank you so so much. You have no idea the toll this has had on my mental health. I cannot thank you enough. I will come back to this comment and update my progress. I have a feeling that after 3 months of consistency with this I will be doing push ups and pull ups again.

It took me about a week to finally start the recovery process. I ended up doing similar therapy exercises with LIGHT dumbells and resistant bands. The trick to a speedy recovery is make sure you don't over due it but stay committed to doing it as often and comfortable as possible. If it starts to hurt again, you're over doing it. Listen to your body when it starts to hurt a bit. Rest and limit excess movement. Trust me I know sometimes due to work or daily activities we become impatient and try to just toughen it out. Now my elbow feels great and I focus on those muscles groups to have better support on my elbow. I'm back on the mats rolling! OSS!

What's frustrating is that some of them recommend opposite movement patterns. It could be that the common thread is to do almost any movement which usolates the forearm muscles with low weight and high reps.

I fucked both my arms using TRX equipment, now I have golfers and tennis elbow in both hands XD. It's not a severe case but it sucks and I can't lift anymore. I have been trying eccentrics but 8 months after I'm still on the same point.
