I just love corn fritters! Here's a tip. After you cut your kernels off of the cob run the cob on the side of a bowl pressing lightly to get the rest of that cream.

I didn’t know he had passed. He was not that old. The obituary said he died going ice fishing so he went out doing what he loved I guess. I’m new to the channel but I will enjoy watching all of the videos, his old ones and their new ones.

Sheila, you brought back memories of my late Grandpa York, from Brownsville KY. Grandpa, would make a late night snack out of either corn fritters or cornbread crumbled up into a tall glass then pour Buttermilk into the glass.
