I just happen to have all those ingredients in the fridge needing to be used. Now I know what to make. Thank you.

I've watched this about 5 times as I'm chopping my preps. I don't know if salmon is a great pairing, but it's what's for dinner. I'll let ya know how it turns out. Thanks again for the recipe.

I’m making this for supper tonight and all I can say is WOW!!! I didn’t add the jalapeño pepper but even without the heavy cream, it’s fabulous! If I don’t get away from the stove, there’s isn’t going to be enough corn left to add the cream. Thanks for sharing.

Cajun corn is delicious. Cutting all the corn off the cob is an underrated trick. So much on that cob goes into the trash.

Good recipe. Try it with shrimp and fresh cherry tomatoes, and then you got yourself a damn good main dish!

You could use a bundt cake pan. It gives you a place to stand the corn cob on, and the kernels fall into the pan. I've done that. Its also pretty common to strain and keep bacon grease. I love making corn maque choux and potato salad with left overs from crawfish boils.

For maque choux, I usually use Tasso pork for flavor. To me it’s essential.

thanx for your strait forward shows,no 30 minutes of BS ,just good recipes,,a lil helper on the corn, put a smaller bowl top down in the bjgger bowl then stand the cob on it, makes for a safe way to decornel yo corn,
