I saw someone but their corn on top of a Bundt pan. Then they used a knife like you did to cut off the kernels. The kernels fell into the round part of the Bundt pan. No mess! I didn’t read the comments so if this was already suggested, sorry about the duplicate! Love your channel.

All of these recipes look so yummy! I can't wait to try them. I have one question, though. I don't have a gas stove to roast the peppers. Should I do it in the oven or in a cast iron pan on the stove? What temperature do you recommend to try? Also, I have an old paper about how to care for cast iron pans to keep them non-stick. Would you like me to share it?
