Looks delicious and I intend to try it. Can you specify more on what size of casserole dish you’re using? Is a 11x7 too small? I think that’s a 2 qt size. What size is yours?

Can you use 2 cans of cream style corn? One of my grandsons has texture issues and can't eat the whole kernel corn.

If you do, don’t use any sugar. It’s already a very sweet dish. And I preferred more savory.
