I just got back from Gatlinburg TN and a breakfast restaurant we ate at had something called “Cherokee Sweet Corn Pone” It was soooo delicious. I’m hoping this is what it was. It looks similar. Making this recipe and a broccoli casserole as well. Steamed chopped broccoli drained.( large). 2 large grated onions 2cups of mayonnaise 2 eggs Salt/ pepper Onion powder Buttered bread crumbs onto.
