i work at a school as an assistant caretaker and they still make this. also a version with rice crispies which is equally as good. top video!

I'm from Singapore. We make sticky cornflake clusters (so good!) over here but not cornflake tarts. This blew my mind. Don't know why we never made the progression from clusters to tarts, but I'm definitely trying this. Thanks for the inspiration. You've got yourself a new sub 😀

Did you blind bake your pastry first?

Hey Saima, thanks for the comment. Whenever I make this recipe, I don't blind bake the pastry, I just keep the pastry case in the fridge for about an hour before I bake it and it all bakes perfectly fine. I hope that helps - have a great day/night! 👍
