When I first started watching coronation Street Gail became a regular on the show in the mid 1970s with Suzie buchill. when I was small watching it with my family. IAM glad she is leaving on her terms.will miss Helen worth , and her character Gail who most grew up with on the show

I remember Suzie Birchill tall auburn haired woman who wore short fur coats. They were brilliant together. I remember a scene when Suzuki introduced her to two men. One of them was our local comedian Bobby Pattinson. Helen looked really comfortable sitting on his knee.

I would love to meet her as my grandma always thought I looked like Helen Worth. I remember when I was out drinking in Seaburn at the Bay Hotel I was approached by a middle age couple who said why aren’t you with Brian Tilsley as he was appearing at the Mecca. Gosh I got some stuck off them and eventually went to another part of the Bar to get away from them.

She has been a very good actress over the years and Played some fantastic story lines it will not be the same but it is is her time too now too get out and do things and take a break don't blame her 50 years is a very long time she will be missed but she needs too have some time for herself now and enjoy her life now and hope she has a nice life with some fun and happiness in her time now!! 👋💖🤗Goodbye and goodluck!!

Used to be a Corrie fan in my younger days. Nowadays I catch bits and pieces but it's not the same soap and storylines as it once was. I remember when I watched it back in the day...I remember the old storylines battling with Brian Tilsley's battle-axe mother Ivy!.
