Tracy has to be the most 2 dimensional character ever. She has all the warmth of a poisonous spider. Mean, spiteful, selfish, and it's not helped by Dawn Acton's terrible portrayal. Vile little brat. And Dierdre is being unbearable at the moment, a ridiculous emotional rollercoaster. The excuses she makes for Tracy's unforgivable behaviour is definitely the reason the kid has grown up to be a horrible person.

He's completely incompatible with Dreary - no way would their marriage have survived. He starts off obsessed with her and winds up despising her values and judgement. He also realizes that she's common as muck and none too smart, like Tracy-luv. His big mistake, besides undergoing the surgery, is his truth-telling to Dreary and failing to see how it will land. Alma's 'enjoying them?' re the toasted teacakes, was superb! Sooo funny, and spot on tone of voice. She's a great character. One of the good ones. The timing between Maud, Percy and Alma was spot on. A real laugh. So glad that Gail and Martin are happy again. Wonderful! I like them both when they're a happy family. That Fiona has only one expression...moody!! She'd turn milk sour. Cheer up Fiona. See the salon, ('I've got a salon to run,' groan), as a challenge. Always 'rushed off her feet??!! She's always gassing beside the desk or on the phone. Precious little hairdressing gets done. Whoever directs them as hairdressers, her and Denise and now the ghastly Maxine, needs lessons in the skill. It looks so unreal. Everyone looks neglected. Just sitting staring in the mirror and NOTHING happening to their hair. They don't dry the hair. They timidly dab at it not daring to give it a good comb or brush. I dislike the salon scenes...feel inclined to fast forward.

As always Eve I am enjoying this month as much as any other and once again I thank you. Yes the behaviour of Tracey Barlow has been pretty disgusting. The turmoil of Ken and Denise really does go from bad to worse. When I first saw some not all of these episodes I was in my mid teens, so it really is an eye opener how up and down Denise has been toward Ken. Anyway as we know nothing lasts forever. Tricia is a bit of a spook. I wouldn't employ her at all. Don't trust that one. LoL Steve is nasty as to Fiona, she will be biding her time until she chucks him. I do know what ends up happening but will not spoil for others. Derek and the go- nomes storyline goes on for a while yet. I think. Deirdre is a great character but I did cringe when she kissed Ken on the lips in front of him, I think that was last month. Yes it was explained but not nice for samir. Onwards and upwards.

Even using Alma , to cheat against Mike if it means Audrey can get laid. I know she's just a scripted character ,but she's dreadful in every way.
