The prescribed way of thinking and acting- this is what I've seen and experienced at a lackland AFB contract. The military pushed the company into obeying social engineering edicts which have nothing to do with performance or skill; for the women, everything is centered around this insulting, superficial, stereotypical "traditional" "female" behaviors, rather than being evaluated on ability and experience. The women's movement of the past has been completely undermined.

This was a fantastic presentation. I'd also like to tell you about an experience someone I know had in the 1970s. The owner of the (private) company held an EST session (EST was a big cult-like then back then) in a hotel conference room. Employees were not allowed to leave the room, had to ask permission to use the restroom, and were bombarded with this weird EST psychology garbage to "make them tough" for the whole day. Some people were crying. It's bizarre what some companies will do.

Been listening to this and didn't realize you had dates. Very interesting at the start of this it was 2019 before the touch became a thing. Who knew that a year later most folks would be working from home and able to reconnect with their families. Of course that gave the "cults" a different way to track and stalk you, but at least you could be in the comfort of your own home and with your family lol.
