The weaknesses in this theory have become glaring over the past decade.

When answering the question "Why is the Stakeholder value "better" than the Shareholder value?", Freeman´s main answer is: Because. Because the interests of all Stakeholders have to go in one direction is not a really good explanation in my opinion. That´s what I understood, without claiming I´m 100% right... Still he somehow sounds convincing :D
