Thank you for your efforts! Are you familiar with stocks created during the Sherman act? Also in a case were one has a stock certificate created in this time with a bank with a state seal unindorced and the state claims to have no records of such Bank being incorporated there in? They tried to tell me that a state seal doesn't necessarily mean that it was incorporated with the state. Also have other issues pertaining to the same matter with two states.

The corporation should have its own rules for that but most likely the old one will be destroyed or at the very least rendered useless if a new one has been issued.

Good day po Atty., pls. Enlighten me all about the share stocks & its dividend.. My late father was one of the co-founders of a certain school still existing up today.. Certainly, my father had a share stocks left in the said school when he died on 1983. No documents left to us as proof of his being share holder. Hello. Inquire with the school if it is a stock or non-stock corporation. If stock corporation, ask what happened to the shares your father held, if any. You will have had to have settled his estate to be entitled to the rights to the shares, if any. Can you receive the copy of share of stocks certificate individually in front of company lawyer trustee and president without the appearance of secretary and without the presence of other stockholders meaning the other stockholders were not given their certificate because they were not asking for it. How will the one who received know the number of shares of other stockholders in case of family corporation. Hello. Depende sa rules ng corporation, pero usually Hindi po makukuha yun, pwede nyo lang po tingnan. Request nyo sa corporate secretary na inspect nyo yung stock and transfer book ng corporation. Kung ang ibig nyo naman sabihin ay saan makakakuha ng stock and transfer book para gamitin sa corporation nyo, makakakuha kayo sa SEC. Inquire nalang po kayo doon.
