I don't think this is a stiff legged deadlift,this is a ROMANIAN DEADLIFT. Secondly,check the how to deadlift video's of Alan Thrall,Layne Norton,Omar Isuf etc the first thing they say is to push the feet on the ground which is called a CUE. The MOST important thing in any deadlift,to activate the lats(even though it's a hamstring version) is not even mentioned ie pulling the slack out of the bar.

Amey Patil Well whether you call it a Romanian deadlift or stiff legged, the joint action is mostly the same. A Romanian dead reaches the floor, a stiff legged does not.. both are essentially the same movement depending upon a person's level of mobility

I've never seen anybody recommend cue for stiff legged deadlift because of lighter weight. Also, his range of motion is like romanian but he keeps it over ground like stiffed leg. So this exercise is sort of a mix of all 3, which kind of makes it proprietary. So it's okay that he considers it a trade secret. In pro body building, even 5 extra grams of protein is considered secret sauce, let alone an exercise mix.

bro u r right romanian men bar neeche nahin rakte,they're similar aur waise bhi yahan par sab aesthetics waale bande hai unko hamstring definition chahiye,Alan Thrall, supertraining06,Brian alsruhe, etc great channels , anyways Tarun is doing a great job at least he's recommending deadlifts , otherwise I have seen ppl like I'm never gonna do it so risky , my trainer told me to avoid it.

It would make it less confusing if you change your heading to "Correct way to stiff leg deadlift". Other popular deadlift videos focus on totally different body parts.

Sir kitni asani se aapne apna secret form puri duniya k samne rakh diya really nice of u har kisi k pass itna bada dil nhi hota.Actual me pure india me aap jaise shandar insaan ki zarurat hai taki hamara desh har sports ya kahe har field me age badh sake.Aap jaiso k karan hi proud to be an indian dil se bola ja sakta hai. that guy should not keep doing bullcrap deads as well...If any of you guys never read ..read strength sensei articles..there are a dirth of powerlifters and their tips available on KZbin..check that. p.s this is bull crap..many guys do deads..including junaid kaliwala or mukesh gehlot..ye koi hidden magic key nhi h...

sayan hari i agree bro. No offence to Tarun Gill but the bodybuilder should no better. Deadlift is more than an exercise for your lowerback. So much info missing.He should get some fundamentals from Mark Rippetoe or Kaizzad Capadia.

Love the way to explain, fantastic. Basically ur movement stretching ur calf while u stand on ur heal, stretching ur hands away engage our flutes, while locking our knees our hamstrings will get engaged all the time. Wow love the idea.
