I fucking love this man. Came from the same government assisted living i did with a single like me and did what he had to to survive in the city but NOW he running a fucking business and he is a ifbb pro one of the best on the planet and he has beautiful family. He has a beautiful heart. He is tough as fucking nails and won't let NO ONE step on him or take what he has built from him. He came from nothing and no one will take his lively hood from him. This is a real fucking MAN. God bless you Nathan I'll pray for you and your family. ALWAYS FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT AND WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN. THEY CAN'T TAKE OUR RIGHTS AND BREAK OUR LAWS. "just treated bodybuilding like jail" this guy is on a whole another mentality none of us will ever beat him lmao
@barrykitchen82004 жыл бұрын
I can relate. Not jail per se. But military ranger battalion. So the diets and the structured life was so easy for me. And then also throughout elementary school and high school and also in the Army wrestling in combatives. Dropping crazy wait. You know like a diet people complain about the diet I was like yeah well at least you're eating. Because of not wrestling you drop so much weight so fast you wouldn't eat for a week and stuff like that you would eat popcorn or suck on ice chips there's a whole different level. But the lifestyle it's easy. To this day I stick to it for the most part. I don't bodybuilder anymore because of surgeries and injuries but it's just a routine I guess. Also let's take a minute and respect what Fouad has been doing. Crushing it with these podcast

What a legend for keeping his gym open despite the whole corona situation. I wish we had someone like Nathan where I live in Norway. Shutting down the economy and putting people out of business, taking away their ability to provide for their loved ones will have much more negative consequences than this corona virus.
