Typical cop ASSUMING he is the authority. Fuck that. *WE* are the Authority in this country. Law enforcement are OUR workers bees. Occasionally we may have to submit to them, but only when they are lawfully exercising a police power WE have passed on to them. At all other times WE are the Authority. It matters not if they think they are the authority, or even ACTS like they are the authority… as long as don’t try to exercise POWER over us. At that point it’s at my discretion whether or not I set them straight, as well as the manner in which I do so. I will never argue or debate with them, just like I don’t argue or debate with my child. They are like toddler worker bees who think and act like the badge gives THEM power. It doesn’t. We entrust police officers with certain, limited powers, under narrow and particular circumstances. It is THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to not abuse that power in any way, under any circumstances. If they do, and I choose to check them at any point, in any lawful manner I choose and they object or dismiss my assertion… at that point they are under investigation and anything they do or do will be used against them. I will likely also extract evidence from them without them knowing it. I will wait until they lock themselves into a story in their incident report. I will not appear upset as I want to keep their guard down and I want to appear sympathetic to judge and jury.

You should put your first name in small print on your shirt. Then, when they say their name is "Right There" and then ask you for your name, you can point to the name on your shirt and say my name is "Right There". When they ask you for your last name, ask them for their home address. When they say, "Why do you want to know my home address?, you say, "I just want to know who I'm talking to".
