As a retired FF/EMT, there was one thing which was beaten into our heads, in both of my academies - “If it’s not on paper, it didn’t happen/does not exist.” So these people telling you that there is no paper complaint form, are lying to you. If your complaint is not documented in writing, it is very easy for them to say that you never filed a complaint.

It doesn’t look like much has changed since the previous Limestone Co. sheriff was convicted of corruption. If sheriff McLaughlin was a man, he would have apologized on behalf of the corrections officer and offered to help file a complaint form. Piss poor integrity with the, ‘it wasn’t illegal’. Limestone has been corrupt for many years. Last sheriff is behind bars and looks like they are carrying on where he left off. I lived in Madison county which is beside Limestone County for many years
