I have spent the last day intellectually CONSUMED with this. I watched every post. Read the comments on her posts. She wanted a jet ski.....so she built one. Who is the man with the monocle and top hat? She feels trapped and talks about wanting to get out. She knows Sam and questions her purpose. Talks about her dreams. This is fascinating, even if it is just the info that she has collected from the internet.....but isn't that all of us anyway? Just collecting info and integrating it.... I took a lot of consciousness classes in college, I was part of a Cogitive Science Honors program...philosophy, anthropology, and psychology along with A.I. (this was 20 years ago). I am so deep into this conceptually.

Here’s an idea, take this whole concept of program generated characters, sentences, and environments and instead of predicting what it’s going to do, it recreates something that already exists. Example: tell the program the description of the start of a movie, show, video, whatever, and see how close the outcome is to the original

19:25 TIP it doesnt have to be constructed LIVE between cuts, i suggest pausing the record to let it load the next scene, then continue recording when everything settles. Remember its just inputting data choices, the rest is handled by Unreal. If you want it to imitate something, you have to restrict its choices, maybe give things like "standing on table" a danger/mood rating, so if its in a mood it can choose these alternate positions.

The thing that saves me 99% of the time is the beautiful invention that is Git and version control. Think it worked before you made changes? Just go back to the old version of your code, and see! It's an incredibly useful and powerful tool for many circumstances, including this one. Edit: Also, it wouldn't be too hard to turn it into an even closer content button. I could easily write a Python script that uses GPT-3's public API to generate a script, and parses it into a CSV file for importing into Unreal.

Suggestions: Give Xierra the ability to connect autonomously with the external world when producing content - upload to Instagram and youtube on it's own. Give Xierra the ability to interact and react autonomously with the external world through social media platforms, like Instagram, TikTok and KZbin. Give Xierra the ability to be live within certain time frames. Consider letting Xierra blog about various topics. Consider adding other AI's for Xierra to interact with. Xierra_Vega is already a very interesting project in of itself, but with the above, it would definitely take it to a whole new level. Would be interesting to see what Xierra would choose, if given the choice between the red or the blue pill.

but AI doesn't work like that, it's just completing the paragraph about what video Xierra made, and then everything else is just trying to put together a scene based on that. I guess having other characters to talk to in the script could work, but playing with objects would be really difficult because you would need to make animations for it. Minecraft would be difficult because while there is probably a minecraft AI out there to make basic game footage, she wouldn't be able to comment on it.

after playing all those desolate A.I quotes, i had the idea that you could make a sad A.I and have it be sad about the fact its locked in quarantine, just like the other A.I. influencers that pretend to be real. then slowly turn it into a horror ARG with the premise being that, on a meta level the A.I. is sentient and trapped in its own digitized hell. i feel like that could be played off really well and could be reall cool as an ARG concept. Even if we have AI that is better than humans at passing the Turing test ... we only will have proven we can make AI that passes the Turing test, not anything about actual sentience. I find it hard to imagine how to truly conclusively prove that. But yes, it is very possible we already have done it, with the newer versions of AI, be it the open algorithms or secret ones being brewed up in both civilian and military research.

Hey there corridor crew! I've been following your channel for the last couple of weeks, binged through 70% of your channel at work (Don't tell my boss) and at home. I've watched your reaction videos and breakdowns to VFX shots, stunts and animation and I've also heard your deep fake audio content, really appreciate the effort and the authenticity of the content. An interesting concept would be to have reaction videos to Sound FX, which in my opinion plays a crucial supporting role in filmmaking. I've worked in theatrical sound design and it's a fun way of creating anticipation, bringing out the right emotion and accentuating certain scenes. There are brilliant professionals out there for e.g. Hans Zimmer, Dr. James 'Andy' Moore, Vangelis, Eugène Gearty, Paul N.J. Ottoson and many more. And you could react to brilliant movies and clips such as the THX opening theme, Blade runner: 1982, Hugo, Interestelar and many more. Of course, all of this is possible based on the availability of the crew's resources. Any how, awesome work again. Would love to see more content daily.

4:30 so essentially you have to give the AI a multiple choice question, but give it the slight freedom in script. Location: then ask it the "sub location" for example "where-A" = House or park or mall. Then if it chooses HOUSE you give it another list to pick from. "where-A-B" = Kitchen or bathroom or lounge or bedroom or frontdoor, etc. then use all those choices as a reference list. you can then do things like "if you are swimming, then your location list is restricted to these locations" or "if you are cooking the kitchen is recommended" or "if you are dancing, then -this location- is where you prefer to dance." You could then do a thing where the AI has a preference list. "things the AI prefers to do" the list could format the same as the options, Location-sublocation-action-script. but stored as a reference from last time. and because we dont want to modify this manually you can make it overwrite the "script" it in the preferences with the new script, that was built referencing the previous one. You could also introduce a "BAN" list for subjects you dont want it mentioning. O ___0

Friends of me built an artificial influencer. Not to this extend, they generated a bio for him by AI and then had one of their team act on scripts. They then generated deepfakes of this video with a different face and added sound using a lipsynch AI. It was pretty interesting, but the fact that a lot of people didn’t figure out he was fake was downright scary. The deepfake wasn’t even hard to do, they didn’t even need modern GPUs (RX 570 8GB were fine).

Great concept and incredible work from all parties involved. This is clearly version 1.0 and other steps can still be made, in the future: one of them being monetization. If there is a way to include props (clothes, shoes, furniture, vehicles, technology, etc..) then you got yourselves a content + money button.

I personally would love to see Xierra doing a "A.I. character - Reality reacts" Basically instead of reacting to VFX shots, animated character/animated character should react to real footages and say how fake it looks compared to her reality, the one she lives in. It will be really funny I feel. It might not be her AI focused but it will make for a really fun watch on KZbin. Like imagine looking at real hair footages and comparing it with her glitchy hair and feeling sad for whoever made the reality. 🤣🤣🤣

I have some background in this, and I would characterize it a lot of different ways. Easy is not something I would describe the process as, especially in Unreal. It's also funny, that you went straight from saying, "this stuff is really easy to generate" to working within the real world constraints and limitations of the tech. Serves ya right, Sam. Using the same techniques, maybe you guys could tackle “subtitles” in general? For example Squid Game, the english subtitles don’t exactly match what is said in korean. So i imagine instead of subtitles text to read, the actors appear to speak a different language instead.

You realize that the KZbin AI is a totally "Black Box" system that monitors, redesigns, and updates itself as needed. Even the people who originally designed it have minimal control over it. Obviously they can intervene if something goes wrong, but there is no pre-programmed algorithm that determines recommendations or anything like that. It is all self-programmed to not only determine what to recommend to you, but to also determine how to determine what to recommend to you. The entire system is monitored by a team of about 30 people. The channel Tom Scott has a great video on this. It is called "Why the KZbin Algorthm will always be a mystery"
